Remembering a dream…
from a place you’ve never been before.
An accessible booktrailer.
It took Hermann Hesse 12 years to write his book, 'The Glass Bead Game'.This trailer aims to make a glimpse of the philosopher's final work accessible to any audience.
Created to promote the reprint, the video combines 3D and 2D animation with traditional footage, reflecting the protagonist’s tension between the abstract and concrete world. The project also included an inclusive tactile and VR experience with subtitles, vibrations, color cues and LIS accessibility.
